North York Family Health Team (FHT)

The Don Valley Medical Associates are proud members of the North York Family Health Team. If you are rostered in our practice, you will have access to a variety of helpful services offered by the NYFHT. These services include dietitian and pharmacist advice, diabetic education programs, social work assistance, chiropody, mental health services, and smoking cessation programs.
