What is Medeo?

Medeo is a service that allows for more secure messaging from Don Valley Medical Associates directly to you. We do not use email for communication with our patients.

Medeo will convey important clinic information to you including:

Flu shot updates
Our Annual Letter
Adult and Pediatric immunization information
Cancer Screening reminders
Medication recalls
More secure transmission of your lab and imaging requisitions

Medeo is also being used by our office for Online Appointment Requests. Please note not all appointment types are available to be requested online. The following appointment types must be booked by calling the office as they have specific requirements:

Same/Next day appointments
Periodic Health Review (annual physicals are no longer required)
Diabetic Management
Counselling

All appointment requests will be reviewed by our office staff in a timely fashion. Your appointment has not been confirmed until you receive an email from Medeo advising that your appointment request has been accepted. ONLY ONE concern per appointment.

Please note each patient must have their own Medeo account associated with a unique email address. The system does not allow for more than one Medeo account per email address.
